SELF PAY
We also offer self-pay option for uninsured patients. Our prices vary from $50-$300 depending on the service. At this moment we do not offer a sliding scale. Feel free to inquire further by calling us at 707-776-6154.
Cancellation &
no-show policy
Your appointment time is reserved for you. Out of respect for all our patients, providers and associates we require confirmation of your appointment by 1 PM on the prior business day to the day of your appointment. No shows will be charged a $75 fee. If you have any questions, please feel free to call us at 707-776-6154 or email us at office@sleepfitmedical.com.
Also as a courtesy to your medical provider, please complete and submit requested documentation at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. By filling your forms in a timely manner, your provider will be able to be prepared and more accurately serve your individual needs.

Important financial responsibility note: It is your responsibility to know your insurance eligibility and out of pocket costs for visits and/or procedures. We can provide a good faith estimate for services, but when working with insurance this is not always accurate. Please call your insurance company (usually the phone number on the back of your card) to ask for your out of pocket cost. If you have questions regarding sleep testing costs, call our office for the “CPT code” of the service, and then provide this code to your insurance.
